(Total number should match the total number of registered participants including Group Leader, Adult Chaperones, Youth, and Priests)

Section 2 – Adult Chaperones

• Original completed (C-3) Adult Chaperones from the Diocese of Palm Beach Verification Form-Charter for the Protection of Children and Young People signed by Most Rev. Gerald M. Barbarito, Bishop of Palm Beach
