The fee includes Friday night dinner, Saturday lunch and dinner
and all conference programming. (Saturday and Sunday breakfast are
at the hotel)
Total cost per person (each Group Leader, Adult Chaperone, and
Youth) registered before March 1, 2008 is $135.00 (plus hotel lodging).
Total cost per person (each Group Leader, Adult Chaperone, and Youth)
registered after March 1, 2008 is $145.00 (plus hotel lodging).
We offer free registration for all priests.

Registrations are accepted on a first come first serve basis. A
$50.00 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit per spot is required.
Please pay the deposit within 14 days of reserving your spaces.
There will be no onsite registration.
Friday, April 11, 2008 – Registered groups final non-refundable
payment is due.
Payments
**Due to the overwhelming interest in the conference and the need
for accurate, advance planning, all deposits are non-refundable.
All deposits must be made in US funds, by check, money order, Mastercard,
Visa, or American Express. Please send in ONE form
of payment for your group/organization when making payments. Don’t
forget to include the Group Name on payment.

Returned checks
If your check fails to clear the bank and is returned for insufficient
funds, the group leader will be notified that the status of the
group’s registration has been changed to “insufficient funds” category.
Your registration will not be processed until the conference office
receives a money order or cashier’s check for the entire amount.
There is a $25 handling charge for each NSF check.
Refunds
Please read carefully. The overwhelming demand for conference participation
and the need for advance planning require definite commitment from
participants. For this reason, all payments are non-refundable/non-transferable.
Please be aware that these policies are in place so that we may
be fair as possible to all groups and prepare for participants who
are able to attend.
All forms are due May 1, 2008.

contain a complete alphabetized list of participants. (Total number
should match the total number of registered participants including
Group Leader, Adult Chaperones, Youth, and Priests)

The Group Leader must keep a copy of the (L-1) Liability
Form at the parish level and with him/her throughout the weekend.
